We’re an IT specialist sales, marketing and training agency that’s at home when immersed in our customers’ sales channels. Our strategic approach combined with a sleeves-up attitude has given us rich experience and made us a valued asset to some of the world’s biggest brands. Our business model is founded on a structure of service and account management ownership. This means, at every point, there is a managerial owner responsible for driving the strategic direction of the service, and also to ensure delivery quality for the client.

Our services split down between

  • Demand Creation (integrated services for awareness through to demand generation),
  • Sales Creation (tele, field and social sales programmes) and
  • Knowledge Creation (training and educating your channels and customers on your solutions)

but as an integrated agency we’re more at home combining these to deliver bespoke programmes that meet your business needs, using converged media (Paid, Earned and Owned) in a multi channel environment (print, digital, tele, field and social).

  • Marketing Solutions: We have a custom CRM + SocialCRM platform with Campaign Management and Marketing Automation features. 
  • Social Solutions: We analyse over 50m sources in 25 langagues to give us data on what people are saying, where and in what context for real time analtyics and this ties into our Social Selling platform.
  • Field solutions: make use of live data and reporting systems to make sure you can monitor and receive reports from ground level in real-time.
  • Training solutions: We deliver engaging online courses and can run live presentations over the web in our avatar based Virtual Learning Centre. 
  • Partner Management Solutions: We have an inhouse developed Partner Portal for channel CRM, communications, training and its own Marketing Store, allowing partners to create custom campaigns.
